An Act To Amend Section 73-21-69, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Extend The Automatic Repealer On The Mississippi Pharmacy Practice Act; To Amend Sections 73-21-83 And 73-21-91, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Extend The Automatic Repealers On Provisions Relating To Pharmacy License Renewal Fees; To Amend Section 73-21-105, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require Annual Registration Of Businesses Where Prescription Drugs Or Devices Are Dispensed In Conformity To Federal Law; To Amend Section 73-21-106, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Authorize The State Board Of Pharmacy To Establish By Regulation The Standards For A Nonresident Pharmacy Permit; To Amend Sections 73-21-127 And 73-21-103, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require Licensed Pharmacists To Be Registered Users Of The Prescription Monitoring Program And Authorize The State Board Of Pharmacy To Charge Other Health Provider Licensure Boards For The Cost Of Operation Of The Prescription Monitoring Program, And To Extend The Automatic Repealer On This Program; To Amend Section 73-21-129, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Extend The Automatic Repealer On The Drug Manufacturer Outdated Drug Return Program; And For Related Purposes.
