Summary
An Act To Amend Section 1, Chapter 479, Laws Of 2015, To Provide That Amounts In The Bond Sinking Fund Created To Pay The Annual Debt Service On Bonds Issued Under Such Law That Are In Excess Of The Annual Requirements For Debt Service On Such Bonds Shall Be Deposited Into The Economic Development And Infrastructure Fund Rather Than The Gaming Counties State Assisted Infrastructure Fund; And For Related Purposes.
