An Act To Amend Section 63-11-30, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Create A Dui-restricted Driver's License To Authorize Operation Of Only A Vehicle That Is Equipped With An Ignition Interlock Device Upon A Second Or Subsequent Conviction And To Create An Opt-in Provision For A First Offense; To Amend Section 63-11-31, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Revise Ignition Interlock; To Amend Section 63-1-21, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide For The Ignition Interlock License; To Amend Section 63-1-43, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Set The Fee For The Dui-restricted Driver's License And To Create The Driver's License Bureau Enhancement Fund; To Bring Forward Sections 63-1-45 And 63-1-46, Mississippi Code Of 1972, For Purposes Of Amendment; To Amend Section 63-1-47, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Specify The Term And Renewal Of The Dui-restricted Driver's License; And For Related Purposes.
