Summary
An Act To Amend Sections 37-139-1 Through 37-139-13, Mississippi Code Of 1972, And To Codify Section 37-139-2, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Transfer And Merge The Administration And Programs Of The Mississippi School For Mathematics And Science At The Mississippi University For Women To The Mississippi School Of The Arts In Brookhaven, Mississippi, On July 1, 2011; To Provide That The Mississippi School For Mathematics And Science Shall Be Administered By The State Board Of Education Acting Through The Mississippi School Of The Arts; And For Related Purposes.
