An Act To Amend Section 67-1-51, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Authorize The Department Of Revenue To Issue Permits That Allow The Holder To Purchase And Resell Alcoholic Beverages For Consumption On The Premises During Legal Hours During Events Held On The Licensed Premises If Food Is Being Served At An Event By A Caterer Who Is Not Affiliated With Or Related To The Permittee; To Provide That Such Permits May Only Be Issued For Venues That Can Accommodate 200 Persons Or More; To Amend Section 27-71-5, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide The Fee For Such Permits; And For Related Purposes.

Alcoholic beverages; authorize the issuance of permits to sell alcoholic beverages at events held at venues that meet certain criteria.
