Summary

An Act To Provide That No Person Or Entity Shall Be Authorized To Sell Or Otherwise Distribute A Door Decal Logo Or Patch Of A Division Of The Mississippi Department Of Public Safety Without The Written Approval Of The Division Director And The Commissioner Of Public Safety; To Require The Department To Maintain A Current List Of Approvals; To Prohibit The Department From Unreasonably Withholding Approval For Any Current Employee Of The Department; To Provide Criminal Penalties For Violation Of This Section; And For Related Purposes.
