Summary

An Act To Amend Section 67-1-71, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That On-premises Retailer's Permits Issued Under The Local Option Alcoholic Beverage Control Law May Be Revoked Or Suspended For The Discharge Of A Firearm On The Premises That Is Reported To Law Enforcement Authorities; To Amend Section 67-3-29, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Authorize The Commissioner Of Revenue To Revoke Or Suspend The Light Wine And Beer Permit Of Any Permit Holder Who Sells Light Wine Or Beer For Consumption On The Licensed Premises If The Discharge Of A Firearm On The Premises Is Reported To Law Enforcement Authorities; And For Related Purposes.
