An Act To Amend Section 27-103-303, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Authorize The Use Of The Capital Expense Fund By The Bureau Of Building, Grounds And Real Property Management Of The Department Of Finance And Administration To Provide For Repair And Renovation Needs Of State-owned Property Over A Multiyear Period And To Authorize The Use Of The Capital Expense Fund For Capital Needs Based On The Unencumbered Balance At The End Of The Fiscal Year; To Amend Section 31-11-3, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Authorize The Department Of Finance And Administration To Obtain Information On Building And Construction Projects At Community Colleges And Certain State Agencies; To Amend Section 31-11-27, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Prescribe The Content Of The Annual Capital Needs Report To The Legislature; And For Related Purposes.
