Summary
An Act To Amend Section 31-11-27, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require The Department Of Finance And Administration To Include In Its Annual Study Of Capital Needs The Condition And Rating Of All Roofs At Each University, Community College And Junior College; To Provide That Each Roof Must Be Inspected Every Three Years; To Provide That Any Request For New Construction Shall Also Identify Sources Of Nonstate Funds To Support Such Project As Well As Proposed Sources Of Funds For Future Operating, Repair And Renovation Costs; And For Related Purposes.
