Summary
An Act To Amend Section 49-4-39, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Grant The Commission On Wildlife, Fisheries And Parks Certain Additional Powers And Duties Regarding The Regulation Of Hunting, Fishing And Wildlife Viewing, Guide And Outfitter Services; To Revise The Fee For Annual Guide Service Licenses And Annual Outfitter's Licenses; To Require A Freshwater Fishing Guide Or Service That Utilizes A Boat To Obtain An Annual Fishing Guide Boat License And Decal For Each Boat So Utilized; To Provide The Fee For Annual Guide Boat Licenses And Decals; And For Related Purposes.
