An Act To Amend Section 93-17-21, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That A Person Who Has Been Adopted Is Entitled To A Certified Copy Of The Person's Original Birth Certificate If The Person Is At Least 21 Years Old Unless Otherwise Ordered By A Court; To Amend Section 93-17-205, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Conform; And For Related Purposes.
