A Concurrent Resolution Proposing An Amendment To The Mississippi Constitution Of 1890, To Add A New Section 35a To Provide That Any Person Who Is Elected To The Legislature In Or After The 2011 General Election Shall Not Be Eligible To Serve For More Than Twenty Years In The Legislature, Whether Those Years Are Consecutive Years Of Service Or Not; And For Related Purposes.
