Summary
An Act To Create A Fund In The State Treasury To Be Known As The "municipal And County Street Reconstruction Fund"; To Provide That The Mississippi Department Of Transportation Shall Promulgate Rules And Regulations For Distribution Of Monies Into The Fund; To Provide That The Fund Shall Consist Of Monies Appropriated By Line Item In The Appropriation To The Mississippi Department Of Transportation And Monies From Any Other Sources; To Provide That The Fund Shall Be Utilized To Provide Certain Grants To Municipalities And Counties That Adopt Ordinances, Policies And Procedures To Construct Or Reconstruct Streets And Transportation Facilities; And For Related Purposes.
