An Act To Provide That The Surviving Lawful Spouse Or Other Beneficiary Of A Deceased Member Of The Public Employees' Retirement System Shall Not Be Required To Provide A Copy Of His Or Her Birth Certificate In Order To Receive Survivor Retirement Benefits From The System; And For Related Purposes.
