An Act To Provide That It Shall Be Unlawful For Any Person To Use A Facsimile Machine For Purposes Of Transmitting Unsolicited Advertising Material For The Sale Of Any Real Property, Goods Or Services; To Authorize The Attorney General Or The Public Service Commission To Impose Certain Penalties And Injunctive Relief For The Transmittal Of Such Material; And For Related Purposes.
