Summary

An Act To Provide That The Department Of Human Services Shall Compile And Maintain A Database Of Information On Nongovernmental Organizations Having Programs That Provide Food Items And Meals To The Elderly And Other Needy Persons; To Provide That The Purpose Of The Database Is To Provide Information About These Programs To Persons Who Are On A Waiting List For Home-delivered Meals That Are Provided To The Elderly Through The Division Of Aging And Adult Services Of The Department; And For Related Purposes.
