Summary
An Act To Amend Section 25-15-16, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Authorize School Districts To Reimburse Health Insurance Premium Costs For Retired Members Of The Public Employees' Retirement System Who Are Employed As School Bus Drivers Who Do Not Have Health Insurance With The State And School Employees Health Insurance Plan Up To The Cost The School District Pays For Health Insurance Premiums Of The State And School Employees Health Insurance Plan; And For Related Purposes.
