Summary
An Act To Amend Section 3-3-7, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That The Second Monday In October (columbus Day) Shall Be A Legal Holiday; To Recognize And Commemorate The Last Day Of February As "african American Day," And To Recognize And Commemorate August 26 As "women's Day"; To Specifically Provide That These Days Shall Not Be Legal Holidays, But Shall Be Days Of Recognition And Commemoration At No Expense To The State; And For Related Purposes.
