Summary
An Act To Require All Employees Of The State Department Of Mental Health Who Are Provided Housing On The Grounds Of A Hospital Or Other Facility Under The Jurisdiction Of The Department To Pay The Fair Market Rental Value Of The Housing, As Determined By The Department Of Finance And Administration, And Pay The Actual Cost Of The Utilities Used In That Housing By The Employee; To Amend Section 25-11-103, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That The Value Of Housing That Is Provided To Employees Of The State Department Of Mental Health On The Grounds Of A Hospital Or Other Facility Under The Jurisdiction Of The Department Shall Not Be Included In The Earned Compensation Of The Employee For The Purposes Of The Public Employees' Retirement System Law; And For Related Purposes.
