Summary

An Act To Require The Department Of Finance And Administration To Utilize A Competitive Request For Proposals Process To Select A State Designated Dental Insurance Plan; To Require Each State Agency Or Commission, School District, Community/junior College District And Public Library To Make Available To All Of Its Employees The State Designated Dental Insurance Plan On And After October 1, 2016, In Addition To Any Other Dental Insurance Plan The Employer May Choose To Make Available To Its Employees; And For Related Purposes.
