Summary

An Act To Amend Sections 25-11-103 And 25-11-111, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That Law Enforcement Officers, Firefighters And Emergency Management Agency Personnel Who Became Members Of The Public Employees' Retirement System On Or After July 1, 2023, Shall Be Entitled To Receive A Retirement Allowance With 25 Years Of Service Regardless Of Age; And For Related Purposes.
