Summary

An Act To Amend Section 37-61-33, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require School Districts To Allocate Classroom Supply Funds To Teachers On Or Before November 1, To Provide For An Allotment To Certain Part-time Teachers In An Amount Equal To One-half Of The Allotment To Full-time Teachers, To Require Funds Not Allocated To Teachers By The November First Deadline To Be Returned To The State Department Of Education, And To Require School Districts To Annually Report The Total Amount Of Classroom Supply Funds Expended In The District; And For Related Purposes.
