Summary

An Act To Amend Section 27-65-75, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That Nine And One-fourth Percent Of The Sales Tax Revenue Collected From Business Activities Outside The Municipalities In A County Shall Be Paid To The County; To Provide That Nine And One-fourth Percent Of The Sales Tax Revenue Collected From Business Activities Outside The Municipalities In A County Shall Be Deposited Into The Motor Vehicle Ad Valorem Tax Reduction Fund; To Amend Sections 27-65-53 And 27-51-105, Mississippi Code Of 1972, In Conformity Thereto; And For Related Purposes.
