An Act To Amend Section 37-9-57, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require A One-year Mandatory Suspension Of Licensure For Any Superintendent, Principal Or Licensed Educational Employee Who Arbitrarily Or Willfully Breaches His Or Her Contract Or Abandons Employment Without Being Released; And For Related Purposes.
