Summary

An Act To Provide That Emergency Contraception Shall Be Dispensed Or Sold To Persons Under Eighteen Years Old Only Upon The Prescription Of An Authorized Health Care Professional, Except When Dispensed Directly To The Person By The Health Care Professional; To Direct The State Board Of Pharmacy To Adopt And Enforce Regulations Regarding The Dispensing And Sale Of Emergency Contraception In Pharmacies To Ensure That Emergency Contraception Is Not Dispensed Or Sold To Persons Under Eighteen Years Old Without A Prescription; And For Related Purposes.
