Summary

An Act To Provide That If Any Of The Funds Appropriated For Purposes Due To The Covid-19 Public Health Emergency Have Not Been Expended By December 28, 2020, Or Have Been Determined To Be Ineligible To Be Expended, Then The State Fiscal Officer Shall Transfer Those Funds Into The Unemployment Compensation Fund By December 30, 2020; To Provide That The Provisions Of This Act Shall Supersede Any Conflicting Provisions In Certain General Bills Related To The Covid-19 Public Health Emergency; And For Related Purposes.
