An Act To Authorize The Board Of Mayor And Commissioners Of The City Of Clarksdale, Mississippi, To Request The Clarksdale Public Utilities Commission To Transfer Certain Funds To The Board Of Mayor And Commissioners; To Provide That Such Transferred Funds May Be Used For Any Municipal Purpose For Distribution To The Various Municipal Funds; And For Related Purposes.
