Summary
An Act To Authorize The Issaquena County Board Of Supervisors To Contract With A Private Entity For The Construction, Lease, Acquisition, Improvement, Operation Or Management Of A Private County Owned Jail Facility That Is Used As A Regional Correctional Facility To House State Inmates; To Provide That The Board May Contract With Such Private Entity To House Inmates For The Department Of Corrections, The United States, Any State Or States That Have Minimum Or Medium Security Offenders Who Are In The Custody Of Those Jurisdictions; And For Related Purposes.
