Summary

An Act To Amend Section 43-13-117, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide For The Purposes Of Medicaid Reimbursement, Injectable Drugs Shall Be Considered As Prescription Drugs And Not As Medical Services, Regardless Of Whether The Injectable Drugs Are Acquired By A Health Care Provider For Its Patients From A Pharmacy Or From A Wholesaler, And The Division Of Medicaid Shall Provide Reimbursement For Injectable Drugs As Prescription Drugs; To Extend The Date Of The Repealer On This Section; And For Related Purposes.
