Summary
An Act To Provide That When Certain People Are Required To Be Rescued From A Navigable Water In The State, The Board Of Supervisors Or Governing Authority Where The Rescue Occurred Shall Vote To Determine Whether Those People Shall Be Required To Pay A Fine That Equals The Cost Of The Rescue; And For Related Purposes.
