Summary

An Act To Amend Section 43-20-8, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require Licensed Child Care Facilities To Purchase And Maintain Liability Insurance In An Amount Not Less Than Three Hundred Thousand Dollars Per Occurrence And Five Hundred Thousand Dollars In Aggregate Coverage; To Provide That Such Proof Shall Be Submitted To The Licensing Agency Every Year; To Provide That Any Tax-exempt Child Care Facilities Shall Be Exempt From The Requirement To Purchase And Maintain Liability Insurance; To Amend Section 43-20-14, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Conform To The Preceding Section; And For Related Purposes.
