Summary

An Act To Amend Section 43-13-115, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That If An Individual Is Eligible For Temporary Assistance For Needy Families (tanf) Then That Individual Shall Also Be Eligible For Medicaid; To Provide That Medicaid Eligibility Shall Be Made Available By Mail; To Provide That Applicants For Medicaid May Be Determined Eligible At Any Division, Regional Or Outstationed Office Of Medicaid In The State; And For Related Purposes.
