Summary
An Act To Provide For A Statewide Election For The Purpose Of Determining Whether To Increase The Sales Tax, Gasoline Excise Tax And The Special Fuel Excise Tax On Undyed Diesel Fuel; To Provide That The Increase Shall Be Utilized For Improvements In Infrastructure; To Provide That Passage Of The Referendum Shall Occur If Sixty Percent Of The Qualified Electors Who Vote In The Election Vote In Favor Of The Increase In The Taxes; And For Related Purposes.
