An Act To Amend Sections 37-13-107 And 37-13-91, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require The Annual Training For School Attendance Officers To Include Components That Emphasize Provisions Of The Individuals With Disabilities Education Act (idea) And Section 504 Of The Rehabilitation Act, To Enable School Attendance Officers To Properly Identify And Interact With Children With Disabilities As Defined Thereunder; To Bring Forward Section 37-13-89, Mississippi Code Of 1972, For The Purpose Of Possible Amendment; And For Related Purposes.
