Summary
An Act To Create A Pilot Program To Be Known As The Medicaid Health Homes High Utilizers Pilot Program To Identify And Engage Medicaid Beneficiaries Who Are At Greatest Risk For High Utilization Of Hospital Or Other Health Home Services; To Provide That The Pilot Program Shall Serve Targeted Medicaid Beneficiaries In Hinds, Madison And Rankin Counties, And Shall Be Administered By The Division Of Medicaid; To Specify The Minimum Components Of The Pilot Program; To Provide That The Division Shall Develop The Pilot Program With The Recommendations Of A Work Group Consisting Of Representatives From Several Agencies And Organizations; To Provide That The Work Group Shall Make Full Recommendations To The Division By December 1, 2019, And The Division Shall Implement The Program Not Later Than March 1, 2020; To Amend Section 43-13-117, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Conform To The Preceding Provisions; And For Related Purposes.
