Summary

An Act To Establish A "troop X Trooper School Revolving Fund" To Be Administered By The Mississippi Department Of Public Safety; To Provide That Unused Funds Appropriated To The Mississippi Department Of Public Safety For Salaries As A Result Of The Retirement, Termination Or Resignation Of A Trooper Prior To The End Of The Fiscal Year Shall Be Deposited On An Annual Basis Into The Fund And Expended For The Support And Maintenance Of The Trooper School; To Provide That Certain Funds May Be Transferred By The Governor From The Trooper School Fund In Emergency Situations Into Other Budget Categories Of The Department Of Public Safety; And For Related Purposes.
