An Act To Amend Section 77-3-5, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Allow The Public Service Commission To Have Oversight Over The Commercial Mobile Radio Service (cmrs) Board Regarding The Distribution Of Certain Funds To The Emergency Communication Districts (ecds); To Provide That The Commission Promulgate Certain Rules And Regulations For Such Oversight; To Amend Section 19-5-333, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require The Cmrs Board To Supply Certain Information To The Commission Upon Its Request; And For Related Purposes.
