An Act To Provide That The Department Of Human Services Shall Provide The Funding For A Communal Feeding Program For Elderly Persons In A County In A Block Grant Made Directly From The Department To The County, Upon A Request To Do So From The Board Of Supervisors Of The County; And For Related Purposes.
