An Act To Create New Sections 41-28-7 And 41-28-9, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require The State Department Of Health To Prepare Annual Action Plans For The Control And Prevention Of Diabetes And Obesity In The State; To Prescribe The Information To Be Included In Such Plans; To Require The Plans To Be Submitted To The Senate Committee On Public Health And Welfare And The House Committee On Public Health And Human Services No Later Than February 1; And For Related Purposes.
