An Act To Require Nursing Facilities To Update The Chart Of Each Resident Of The Nursing Facility Each Day With Documentation Of All Actions Taken By Personnel Of The Nursing Facility With Regard To The Resident During That Day; To Provide For A Fine For Each Occurrence Of Failure To Properly Update A Resident's Chart; And For Related Purposes.
