Summary
An Act To Authorize The Mississippi Department Of Transportation, In Cooperation With Local Elected Officials, To Establish Rural Transportation Planning Organizations To Plan Rural Transportation Systems And To Advise The Department On Rural Transportation Policy; To Amend Section 65-1-10, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Authorize The Executive Director Of The Mississippi Department Of Transportation To Perform All Duties Authorized Under This Act; And For Related Purposes.
