An Act To Prohibit State And Local Governing Authorities And Political Subdivisions Of The State From Knowingly Permitting The Use Of Public Property Under Their Respective Jurisdiction By Persons, Entities And Organizations Affiliated With Organized Criminal Activity And Who Are Listed On The Register Maintained By The Mississippi Office Of Homeland Security; And For Related Purposes.
