Summary
An Act To Amend Section 27-51-105, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That Amounts In The Motor Vehicle Ad Valorem Tax Reduction Fund, Which Are In Excess Of Ten Million Dollars Shall Be Transferred In Equal Amounts Into The State Aid Road Fund And The Local System Bridge Replacement And Rehabilitation Fund; To Bring Forward Section 27-51-103, Mississippi Code Of 1972, For Purposes Of Possible Amendment; And For Related Purposes.
