Summary

An Act To Amend Section 37-6-13, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Revise The Compensatory Benefits Provided To School Board Members In Further Performance Of Their Duties And Obligations Including Attendance At Any Mandatory School Board Training Session Or At Regional And National Education Meetings By Granting A Per Diem In The Amount Of Forty Dollars For Those Duties Performed In Addition To The Regular Attendance Of Board Meetings; To Bring Forward Section 37-3-4, Mississippi Code Of 1972, For The Purpose Of Possible Amendments; And For Related Purposes.
