Summary
An Act To Authorize The University Of Mississippi Medical Center To Guarantee The Financial Obligations Of An Entity That Is Formed To Acquire, Construct, Equip, And Finance A Proton Therapy Center Or An Affiliate Of Such Entity; To Provide That The Principal Amount Of Any Indebtedness Guaranteed Directly Or Indirectly Shall Not Exceed Thirty Million Dollars; And For Related Purposes.
