An Act To Authorize Counties To Spend Their Arpa Funds That Are Allocated To The Revenue Loss Eligible Use Category To Provide Direct Assistance To Rural Water Association And Other Water And/or Sewer Authorities Providing Services In The County For The Costs Of Water And/or Sewer Projects Of Those Associations And Authorities; And For Related Purposes.
