     AMEND on line 9 after the word "transfer" by inserting the following:

, in exchange for fair market value,

     FURTHER, AMEND by inserting below line 38 the following language:

     (5)  Any expenses incurred in conducting a survey of the property shall be paid for by the City of Marks, Mississippi.

     FURTHER, AMEND by inserting on line 40 before the period the following:

, and shall stand repealed on the day before its passage

     FURTHER, AMEND the title to conform.
