AN ACT

To repeal section 115.241, RSMo, relating to political party emblems on ballots.




Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:


            Section A. Section 115.241, RSMo, is repealed.

[115.241. Each party emblem shall be printed on the ballot above the party caption.]
