AN ACT

To amend chapter 67, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to transportation management companies and contracts with state agencies.




Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:


            Section A. Chapter 67, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 67.1801, to read as follows:

            67.1801. Notwithstanding any other law, on-call taxicabs and premium sedans, and any other vehicle used to transport persons pursuant to any contract to provide transportation services entered into between a transportation management company and a state agency, either directly or indirectly, shall not be subject to any regulations adopted by any commission created under the authority of sections 67.1800 to 67.1822 while performing services pursuant to the contract.
