AN ACT

To amend chapter 227, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to the designation of a memorial highway.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

            Section A. Chapter 227, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 227.399, to read as follows:

            227.399. The portion of U.S. Highway 54 in Cole County from the Hammann Drive intersection to a location one mile south of such intersection shall be designated the “Billy Dean Robinett Memorial Highway”. The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such highway, with the cost of such signs to be paid by private donations.
